Hello and thanks for letting me know about this site. My ponds look pretty dismal right now, but the fish look ok after the winter.

We started this board on January 18th, so we are in our infancy.? Between Sean and myself, I can promise it will get better and better!? ? We hope it will satisfy the need for features that may not have been available elswhere.
Contributors are welcome to post ideas, information, photos and more.
As you see there are PMs (personal messages) available.? Also spell check, a feature this writer has sorely needed.
All forums take a little getting used to, of course.? This is true for the moderators and administrators as well.
We are not in competition with other boards, and in fact, we will post links to other sites that may offer technical knowledge we can't provide. We are merely providing you with another alternative.
Sites like KOIPHEN and AWGS, to name a few, are of great value.?
We do have a membership that is replete with diverse skills.? Need a question answered?? Merely post it and you will be pleased with the authoritative responses.
We like the idea of a moderated board. As member Mikey said "it lends itself to fun, healthy, and? vigorous discussions, however personal attacks and name calling? are not allowed."
This site is intended for fun and the sharing of knowledge and even good humor just a few days ago we were congratulating ourselves over the arrival of ky kim who became member 100? ?How gratifying is that?? NEW: today Feb 22nd 240 members and close to 90,000 hits!
You guys have joined so fast that it was not possible to send you all personalized welcomes.
LATEST STATS !
I keep modifying this paragraph thanks to you folks!?
As of today, April 16, 2006 we now have
337 members
and approximately? 290,000 hits. All this and we are only beginning!? Thanks all!? and they said I was...
